1. What this site is
TouchMosaic is currently in a pre-launch, waitlist phase. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell; joining a waitlist or submitting a custom design request is free, creates no payment obligation, and does not guarantee product availability, pricing, or launch timing.
2. Your uploads
You may only upload images you have the right to use. You retain ownership of your photos; you grant us a limited license to store and process them solely to create previews and prepare potential kits for you, as described in the Photo Upload & Processing Consent. You must not upload unlawful content or images of identifiable people who would object.
3. Our content
Designs in the catalog, the site's text, graphics, and software are our property or used with permission and may not be reproduced commercially without written consent.
4. Estimates are estimates
Completion times, difficulty ratings, and paint-quantity figures shown anywhere on the site are production estimates, not guarantees, and will be refined during testing.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse the service — including attempting to access other people's data, disrupting the site, or automating bulk submissions.
6. Liability
The site is provided "as is" during the pre-launch phase. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
7. Changes
