What we collect

When you join a waitlist we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, your stated interests, and basic attribution data (how you found us). When you create a custom design we additionally store the photo you upload, your crop and design choices, and the previews we generate for you.

How photos are handled

Uploaded photos are stored in private storage and are never publicly accessible. They are viewed only by our staff to prepare your design, and are accessed through expiring, authenticated links. We never use your photos in marketing, and never use them to train machine-learning systems, without your separate, explicit permission. How we use your information

• To generate your design previews and prepare potential kits.
• To notify you about launch, early access, or your submission — per your consents.
• To understand, in aggregate, which designs and features people want.

We do not sell personal information. Marketing email requires a separate opt-in and every message includes an unsubscribe path.

Retention and deletion

Custom uploads for submissions that never become orders are retained for a limited period (currently 12 months) and then deleted. You can request deletion of your submission, photo, and contact record at any time by writing to hello@touchmosaic.example.com. Deletion removes both database records and stored files.

Security

Uploads travel over encrypted connections and rest in access-controlled private storage. Administrative access is limited, role-based, and logged.

Analytics

We run privacy-light, first-party analytics: named events (like "preview generated") with campaign parameters. We do not build browsing profiles and do not use third-party ad trackers.

Children

Our services are intended for adults. Photos of your own children may be uploaded by a parent or guardian for the purpose of creating a kit; they receive the same private handling as all uploads.
